Quality and safety testing

Our rigid transfer lines are CE-marked and manufactured in full compliance with the EN-13480 standard for metallic industrial piping, delivering vacuum-jacketed, low-heat-leak transfer of cryogenic fluids. Each unit is certified to PED 2014/68/EU and undergoes mandatory EC Unit Verification by an independent Notified Body, ensuring adherence to the EU’s safety regulations for hazardous fluids and high-pressure systems. To ensure operational integrity and safety, every rigid transfer line undergoes:

  • Functional product testing: Validation of system operability.

  • PED compliance tests: Verification of conformity with PED 2014/68/EU requirements.

  • Internal compliance tests: Integrity validation through helium leak detection and other internal assessments.
