Our phase separator removes gas contamination by efficiently separating vapour from the supplied cryogenic fluid. A gas-free cryogenic liquid exits the phase separator to restore the flow capacity in your cryogenic transfer lines. Our phase separator can operate with liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon, and is suitable for critical applications in aerospace, medical, food preservation, and industrial sectors.
Product scope
Our phase separator features the most accurate pressure regulator on the market and delivers gas‑free liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen or liquid argon for industrial, food preservation, medical, and aerospace applications. An integrated controller with inlet and vent valves provides precise flow and vent control, maintaining pressure under all operating conditions. Available in hanging or standing configurations with top‑ or bottom‑mounted outlets, electric control box and optional dual safety valves.
The instrumentation is configurable and includes the following core components:

Level sensor: Monitors the liquid height in the separator vessel

High-level alarm sensor: Detects overfill and triggers automatic shutdown or diversion to protect equipment and prevent spillage
